- Our rates for oceanview, oceanfront and suites are based on 4 persons. Please note this when comparing to other hotel rates.
- Additional persons - $10.00 extra per night.
- No checks accepted except for advanced deposit.
- All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 10% of your deposit amount. Cancellations made 7 days prior to your arrival date or less will forfeit your entire deposit amount. Reservations booked within the 7 day cancellation period are non-refundable.
- Children under 6 stay free with parents.
- Check-in after 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out before 11:00 a.m.
- Sorry, no pets allowed.
- Holiday and special event rates may differ from daily rate schedule.
- 6% state tax and 4.5% county room tax apply to all rates. $8.75 hospitality tax is added to all posted room nights (this fee includes free local calling and use of in-room safe).
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- The rates posted in the daily rate schedule are for advance reservations; walk-in rates may vary considerably.
- Weekend rates apply to Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
